Be Career Ready In 12 Months!

If you are interested in a career as a Pharmacy Technician, Westervelt  College will provide you with the training you need to work alongside  the pharmacists in processing, preparing and releasing medications as  part of the healthcare team. With hands-on training in simulation labs  and practicum terms in retail and facility settings, you will learn the  skills needed for this amazing career opportunity. Once you have  completed the one year course, you may find opportunities in community  and hospital pharmacies, long-term care facilities, compounding and  sterile product facilities and more.

Westervelt College is committed to the delivery of a Pharmacy  Technician program that is based on the current NAPRA Competencies for  Pharmacy Technicians at entry-to-practice as well as the current CPTEA  Educational Outcomes for Pharmacy Technicians at entry-to-practice.
